Exchanges and returns
Have you ordered a product from us and want to cancel your purchase within 14 days? Then you can return your product to us free of charge in its original packaging and undamaged.
What should you do?
- Download the return form (Click here to download)
- Print the return form, fill it in completely and put it in the box with the order.
- Please note! We will only process a return package if it includes a fully completed return form.
- Send us an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) requesting a return label, do not forget to mention your name and order invoice number.
We will then contact you via e-mail as soon as possible (no later than 2 working days). The e-mail you receive from Wuunder/PostNL will contain a return label and a link to deliver the parcel to your nearest PostNL Point.
Before delivering the parcel, please print out the return label and place it on the parcel.
We will bear the return costs associated with this.
After receiving the product, we will examine it for user marks or possible damage. If this reveals that the product is unused and in the condition it was delivered to you, we will refund the full purchase price within 4 working days of receipt at our warehouse. Partial refund Should it emerge after examination that the products contain user traces, damage and/or are dirty, Refurbished strollers reserves the right to deduct the associated repair costs and the like from the purchase price before this is refunded.
You will receive a partial refund if:
- Complete in original condition (unused) with undamaged packaging 100% return.
- Completely in original condition (unused) with damaged original packaging 90% return.
- Completely in original condition (unused) with no original packaging 75% return.
- Damaged & dirty products will not be taken back.
- Some products are 100% depreciated on return because they are no longer marketable due to hygiene reasons or traces of use.
When you return a product, take a picture of it and add it to the parcel. Then you can always be sure that you have sent the right product.
Complaint and complaint handling
If you are dissatisfied or if, in exceptional cases, an item does not meet the high quality standards of Refurbished strollers, we will of course hear from you as soon as possible so that we can work with you to find an appropriate solution.
