You can pay for your order in various ways. Below you will see the following payment options such as iDEAL, Credit Card including Apple Pay, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Sofort Banking, Belfius Direct Net, Klarna post-payment and MisterCash. In our showroom, payments can be made in cash or by PIN. In our webshop, iDEAL is by far the fastest, easiest and safest way to pay for your order. If you use telebanking (online banking), you can pay with iDEAL.
– iDeal: You can use iDEAL if you bank with one of the following banks: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank or Triodos Bank. With this option, you pay via your bank’s own familiar website. If you want to pay via iDEAL, select this option when entering your order details; the rest is self-explanatory.
– MisterCash: Belgian customers can pay via MisterCash at Refurbished strollers. It is similar to the iDEAL payment system in the Netherlands. We do not charge any fees for MisterCash payments.
– Sofort Banking: SOFORT Banking is a payment method available in 8 European countries. Which is based on the principle of a bank transfer and unlike a normal bank transfer, as a customer you only need to verify the payment, just like iDEAL for example. Data such as the amount, as well as the description and beneficiary are already filled in. The advantage of this is that no human error can therefore be made here. SOFORT then executes the payment. The payment method is simple and fast. A sofort payment consists of four steps.
You select your country and the bank with which you want to make the payment You are in the login area of the secure payment form and log in with your online banking details. Confirm the transfer with PIN or card reader. You will receive confirmation of the bank transfer and/or confirmation of the order from our web shop.
– Payment in arrears (Klarna): The payment in arrears (Klarna) is made via Klarna, you will receive the digital payment slip from Klarna within a few days.
– Credit cards: At Refurbished strollers, you can also pay with a MasterCard or VISA credit card, as well as Apple Pay. This is done via an SSL-secured server, which transmits your credit card details securely. We do not charge any fees for credit card payments. Once your credit card details have been verified, your order will be processed and shipped.
– Apple pay: Apple Pay is Apple’s own payment method, available in more than 32 countries for all Apple users. It uses the Wallet app, in which users place their payment cards. So the actual payment method depends on the cards placed in your Wallet. Currently, only credit cards are supported. The Wallet knows all the details and preferences of the different cards. Payment is completed with a fingerprint or face scan. This makes Apple Pay compliant with the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) regulations from the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2). How does Apple Pay work for you as a consumer: The system automatically detects whether you as a customer are paying from an Apple device. Only then will Apple Pay be shown as a payment method. After selecting Apple Pay as a payment method, the payment is completed using Touch ID or Face ID. This means a seamless experience for you as a customer.
– Belfius Direct Net: Belfius Direct Net is one of the largest banks in Belgium. With the Belfius Pay Button, the bank provides its customers with its own payment solution. Thus, with a Belfius account, you can use the Belfius Pay Button to make direct payments from Belfius Direct Net, Belfius’ online banking product, or via the app.
– KBC/CBC Pay Button: The KBC/CBC Pay Button is an online payment method for customers of KBC and CBC, together Belgium’s largest banks. The banks offer their customers a payment button that allows easy and quick online payment.

Klarna takes care of the payment process. This means that you will receive a digital payment slip via e-mail to pay for the product(s) you have purchased. You can pay with Klarna in the Netherlands, Germany and Austria. Belgium is not possible. To approve your request to pay by giro, Klarna performs a data check. Klarna operates a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event your request to pay by giro is not authorised, you can of course pay for the product via iDeal, PayPal or credit card. You can always contact Klarna if you have any questions. In the ordering process, you choose the credit card provider you wish to pay with. As an extra advantage, your credit card orders are insured (this depends on the conditions at the credit card company). We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Carte Blue.

Each parcel (order) will be delivered to you via PostNL our delivery service. Of course you can also collect your order. For other countries, please contact verkoop@refurbished-kinderwagens.nl, or place items in the shopping cart/basket and the shipping costs will be calculated immediately.

To provide the best possible service, we ship all our orders with delivery service PostNL (powered by Wuunder). After every order, you will receive an e-mail from Wuunder containing the Track & Trace code, so that you can track your order and estimate when the parcel will be delivered to you.
As soon as your parcel (order) arrives at the PostNL Depot, your order will be scanned and you will receive an e-mail from PostNL saying ‘the driver is on his way’.

We have a showroom where you can drop by to see and try on the pushchairs.
Have you ordered a product from us and would you like to cancel your purchase within 14 days? Then you can return your product to us free of charge in its original packaging and undamaged.
We are responsible for the return costs. After receiving the product, we will examine it for signs of use or possible damage. If this reveals that the product is unused and in the condition it was delivered to you, we will refund the full purchase price within 4 working days of receipt at our warehouse.
Should it emerge after examination that the products contain traces of use, damage and/or are dirty, Refurbished strollers B.V. reserves the right to deduct the associated repair costs and the like from the purchase amount before refunding it.
When you return a product, take a picture of it and add it to the parcel. Then you can always be sure that you have sent the right product.
We will then contact you by e-mail as soon as possible (no later than 2 working days). The e-mail you receive from us will contain a return label and a link to deliver the parcel to your nearest PostNL Point.
Before delivering the parcel, please print out the return label and place it on the parcel.
We will bear the return costs associated with this. After receiving the product, we will examine it for user marks or possible damage. If this reveals that the product is unused and in the condition it was delivered to you, we will refund the full purchase price within 4 working days of receipt at our warehouse.
