Ordering and shipping
In principle, the products shown on the website are available. However, it is not entirely excluded that items in your shopping basket, especially in case of delayed shipment of the order, may be sold out in the meantime.
In stock – means this product is in stock showroom and webshop. ordered on weekdays before 13:00 , same day shipping.
Indication of availability
Please remember that items placed in your shopping basket are not reserved. Our webshop is updated daily and it may happen that an item in the chosen size and colour combination is listed as available, although it has been sold out in the meantime.
Information on future availability
If an item is no longer available, it may possibly be available again after a short time due to backorders from our suppliers or returns.

Sending your name and address details and the payment are done via a secure SSL connection, so your data is protected at all times.
Confirmation of your order by e-mail
After placing your order, you will be informed via e-mail that your request is being processed. Please note, however, that confirmation of your request does not mean that the order has been accepted! This automatically generated e-mail will also be sent if the item may not be available. The contract is not effective until the goods have been dispatched.
Information by e-mail
Safety note: Refurbished strollers will not ask you by email or by phone to communicate personal data, unless it is for questions about ongoing online order. In the latter case, however, the order number is indicated in correspondence. If you receive an e-mail from Refurbished strollers that you do not quite trust, please do not hesitate to contact our staff at email@example.com. Our staff will be happy to check for you whether the received email was actually sent by Refurbished strollers.
For orders above 25 euros we do not charge shipping costs, below that the shipping costs are:
- Netherlands: 4.95 per order*
- Belgium: 5.95 per order*
- Germany: 5.95 per order*
*Please note: different shipping costs apply to items we sell via marketplaces, these will be announced via the marketplaces. Every parcel (order) will be delivered to you via PostNL (powered by Wuunder) our delivery service. Of course you can also collect your order. For other countries, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or place items in the shopping cart/basket and the shipping costs will be calculated immediately.
Have you ordered a product. Wondering when it will reach you? Below you can read everything you need to know about our shipping. If you order before 13:00 on working days and the product is in stock, it will be dispatched the same day. Shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is free for orders over 25 euros.
Shipping PostNL (powered by Wuunder)
To provide the best possible service, we ship all our orders with delivery service PostNL (powered by Wuunder). After each order, you will receive an e-mail from PostNL (powered by Wuunder) containing the Track & Trace code, so that you can track your order and estimate when the parcel will be delivered to you.
Arrival at PostNL Depot
As soon as your parcel (order) arrives at the PostNL Depot, your order will be scanned and you will receive an email from PostNL saying ‘the driver is coming’. On the morning of delivery, you will receive an e-mail from PostNL with information about the time of delivery (accurate to 1 hour). If necessary, you can change the delivery to:
- At neighbours
- A PostNL Point
- On another day
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, PostNL will deliver your parcel to a PostNL Point nearby. Here, the parcel will remain available to you for one week. Click here and find your nearest PostNL Point (in process) 99.2% of parcels are delivered the next day (except delivery to Belgium and Germany), 92% of orders to Belgium and Germany are delivered within 2 working days. Unfortunately, in the odd case there may be a delay, e.g. due to a sorting error by the delivery service.
